Eugene

The Full Story of our 'all rounder '

$ 219.00

Eugene is my weapon of choice. Among my past 25 paddles,, this is the only shape I kept coming back to.  This is probably the paddle I invested most at my lap to meet my taste.
Everything is trade-off, but Eugene maximizes the trade margins.

-H. Darren

Shaped and carved for best trade

Thicker tip Edge
13mm Diamond cutting edgeless beam offers precise yet fast swing, but may lack some follow through and stability.
For those who are looking for the later, we shaped the edge slightly thicker at its tip - resulting in more weight round the paddle thus more stability and bigger sweet-spot

 Aero Neck (SAN)

Smile shaped aero tunner offers faster swing through the air, and better compression at sweetspot. Despite Eugene being a long paddle, swinging with it is still joyful.

 Alchemisting

We put Japan made T700 carbon for Eugene for stability and direct feel.
Edgeless may offer faster swing through the air and even reaction but there are always trade-offs.
To compensate this, The Finest T700 was the way to go, despite its
cost concern.

Flagship - All rounder

Eugene is our Flagship model for All round line-ups. It is easy to swing yet long enough. creates good pop yet with ensuring control. Good spin shots and extra-ordinary flatshots.
It sits in between Portland and Cannon Beach.
Eugene never overdoes.
